Experienced Trainers

EAL trainers have all been operational fire officers and instructors. They have a wealth of practical and training expertise and are used to operating in the most challenging situations. This experience allows them to be very flexible in their thinking, which ensures training is delivered in a stimulating and meaningful way.

Site – specific delivery

Courses can be tailored to the specific needs of your organisation, premises and staff. All training is interactive, stimulating and will promote learning and development. Training is preferably delivered at your site which assists in reducing costs and also allows a much more bespoke course since it allows for practical scenarios which require access to the site.
